This is the first post in our blog. I will update this as new events occur. The June Jubilee in Dandridge was a fun event. I listened to bluegrass and country music while trying some of the goodies at street vendor booths. The Farmers Market schedule was posted and will be open soon on Saturday mornings from 9 to 12. Guaranteed local produce only. Real estate sales are still slow but I am getting more hits on my website. Sales are picking up on our local MLS board which means people are starting to buy again. FHA has announced a new loan program which will help people facing ARM loans to refinance at a fixed rate. Email me for details. The July 4th fireworks on the lake at Dandridge was awsome.. many boats parked in the lake watching the activities. Radio Station WNOX from Knoxville was there to emcee.... As always there was a lot of tourists in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg to celebrate Independence Day. We are finally getting some rain which we needed. If you are coming to this area to hunt for property, I can emai you the name of a nice bed & breakfast on Douglas Lake. Convenient to Interstate 40 and surrounding subdivisions. That's all for now..
